GOLF OPERATIONS
As we look ahead to the 2023 golf season, we are looking to add a few bodies to our Golf Operations.
Golf Shop Personnel
- provide an exceptional guest experience
- assist in day-to-day operation of the golf shop including golfer check in, retail sales, merchandising, booking of tee times and execution of weekly league play
- assist in Outside Services department when needed
- perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the General Manager
- must have knowledge of computer operation and the ability to learn new programs
- golf knowledge and/or retail sales experience considered a strong asset
Compensation and Benefits:
- $17 - $19 per hour starting based on 20 – 40 hours per week

Outside Services
- provide an exceptional guest experience
- lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our power cart fleet and practice range
- responsible for appearance upkeep around club house, practice range & cart wash station
- helping to ensure that our overall guest experience reaches a consistently high level
- opportunity to advance into golf shop department available to the right individual
- must be able to lift heavy objects +/- 50 lb
Compensation and Benefits:
- $15.20 - $16.50 per hour starting based on 20 – 40 hours per week

FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS
Balfour Golf & Recreation is in search of its next super star Food & Beverage contractor. Beginning in conjunction with the start of our next golf season in April, 2023, the successful candidate will possess an intimate knowledge of all areas required to successfully operate a seasonal Food & Beverage operation.
