Balfour Community Park

Located adjacent to the Balfour Playing Courts, you will find the Balfour Community Park which boasts a newly built gazebo & BBQ facility along with brand new washrooms at the head of our large playing field.  Home to our annual Balfour Daze celebration, our playing fields consist of a full size soccer pitch with goal nets in position during the soccer season.  We also have a back stop for use in casual ball games.

Playing Field Rental

*HALF DAY = four or less hours of rental time and provides 1 hour prior for set up and 1/2 hour following for tear down.

**FULL DAY = more than four hours of rental time and provides time the evening prior for set up and the morning following for tear down.

Gazebo Rental

*Use of BBQ will require a $50 deposit to ensure return of propane connectors and that the unit is left in a VERY clean state.  Supply of propane is the responsibility of the rental party.

To reserve your desired dates and times contact Craig Wilkinson at 250-229-5655 or via E-MAIL.  Once your reservation has been confirmed and rental agreement signed, a pre-payment invoice or deposit form will be issued which can be settled in person, over the phone or online via the Balfour Recreation department in our online store.
